Jessie has come a long way since entering foster care!  She used to be afraid of everyone, but she’s now a happy, well adjusted two and a half year old red bloodhound, who is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on her shots.  Jessie is a very special dog, because she is a SMILER!  She is caught smiling on a regular basis.  But just try to catch her in the act with a camera….she has a sixth sense about cameras and cell phones with a lens, and she hides herself and her smile when she sees those!  She’s a truly loveable girl, who adores having her back scratched!  She’s wonderful with kids, cats and other dogs.  She does not like loud, angry voices (who does?) because she suffered some neglect in the past, but she’s adapted well to her foster family.  Jessie will make someone a wonderful companion and will get you to smile at least as often as she does!  Jessie, aka The Smiler,  is being fostered in Hattiesburg, MS.
