Lyla is a 2-3 year old bloodhound/redbone coonhound mix. She’s up to date on her shots and is healthy. She is extremely sweet and very passive. Unfortunately, she has been attacked by and injured by other dogs, resulting in some emotional and physical scarring. One front and one back leg have both been broken, due to a car accident, so she has a limp. But she’s eager to run around and get around with everyone else, and she’s got a super sweet attitude. It takes Lyla some time to warm up to men, but she comes around when she sees she’s safe. She’s also a bit shy of cars, since she was hit by one. Lyla has had some bad luck in her life and it’s definitely time she had a loving home to give her the comfort and safety she deserves. She should not be brought into a home with an aggressive dog. She hasn’t been tested with children or cats, so her behavior with those is unknown, but we know she’s a gentle, good girl. Won’t you give this sweetheart the nurturing home she deserves?
